Coldstream Hills Reserve Shiraz 2018

Since 2014, the Coldstream Hills Reserve Shiraz has been a Single Vineyard wine, sourced from fruit grown in the nearby Coldstream Hills. This wine is made using traditional techniques in small open fermentation pots, including the use of whole clusters in some years. Prior to blending and bottling, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for roughly sixteen months.
