Flor de Raim Cava Semi Seco NV

This Cava comes from the region of Catalunya and is made of 60% Macabeo and 40% Parellada.

The cava received a second fermentation on the bottle after the traditional method and was fermented at least nine months which gave it the fruity aroma of green apple & citrus. Refreshing and easy to drink with nice finish.
