The grapes for this exquisite wine were chosen from the Goldloch vineyard's oldest vines in a warmer, more sheltered spot. The fragrances of golden delectable apple, peach, pineapple, orange, grapefruit, and quince greet you as you open this Grosses Gewächs (GG). Riesling that is intense and luscious, well-concentrated and wonderfully ripe. Green tea, tarragon, and mint provide complex nuances. On the palate, it's rich and smooth, with well-integrated acidity and mineral vitality. With a superb grip, there is a beautiful balance and amazing length.
